Warranty
European Union directives ensure a two-year warranty for all products sold in the European Union.
The warranty period is calculated from the day of delivery/handover of the product(s) to the buyer;
The warranty is provided for all goods from manufacturing defects and damages that occurred until the moment of handing over the goods to the customer;
The tire warranty is not valid for defects caused by incorrect use or storage, mechanical or chemical damage, use of incorrect rim size/type, incorrect air pressure in the tire, incorrect selection of load, speed indices or other parameters, incorrect installation, repair or other reasons that are directly or indirectly caused by the tire user. The warranty also does not cover tire mileage or damage that occurs after the tread wears down to the manufacturer's recommended minimum mark.
