Delivery

When shopping at padangos123.lt, you can choose one of three delivery methods:

1. Courier Delivery

With this option, we will deliver the items to your specified address anywhere in Lithuania.

IMPORTANT: Each item has a specific delivery date indicated! Items marked as Express Delivery can be received the next day.

For orders up to €300, the delivery cost for the entire order is €7.5 (€20 for Kuršių Nerija), regardless of the number of items. For orders over €300, delivery is FREE (except for Kuršių Nerija). Deliveries are made on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. Residents of major Lithuanian cities can choose a delivery time slot: 8 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–6 PM, or 6 PM–10 PM. The courier will contact you by phone to confirm the exact delivery time.

2. Pickup Point in Vilnius

With this option, your order will be prepared for pickup based on the specified pickup date. You will receive an SMS confirmation once your order is ready (do not come to pick up your order until you receive this confirmation). Prepared orders are held for 3 business days. Payment at the pickup point can be made in cash or by card.

Pickup point address: Savanorių pr. 176F, Building 10 (Norfa Base territory).

3. Pickup at Venipak Terminal

By choosing this option, you can pick up your order at one of the Venipak terminals across Lithuania. [List of Venipak terminals]. For orders up to €300, the pickup cost at a Venipak terminal is €6, regardless of the number of items. For orders over €300, pickup at a Venipak terminal is FREE. Your order will be ready at the Venipak terminal on the date indicated as the "delivery date."

IMPORTANT: Upon delivery or pickup, you must check the condition and contents of the package. If you notice any discrepancies or damage to the package, you must, in the presence of the courier, document any damage to the packaging or refuse to accept the package. Once the package is accepted and the delivery note is signed without comments, it is considered that the package was delivered in good condition, which may complicate any claims regarding external damage to the item. In any case, the warranty obligations for the item remain valid.
