You have the right to return any item purchased from padangos123.lt within 14 days without providing any reason and receive a refund. To exercise this right, you must inform the padangos123.lt administration of your decision via an unambiguous statement (in writing, by mail, or electronically) before the 14-day period expires. In your free-form statement, please include your contact details, the order or invoice number related to the purchased item(s), how and when you will return the item, and the bank account to which you would like your refund transferred. To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient to inform us within 14 days from the day you received the item(s). If the end of the withdrawal period coincides with a non-working day, it will be extended to the next working day. You must send/return the item within 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to exercise this right. Upon receiving the item and confirming that it has not been used, is undamaged, and has retained its commercial appearance, we will refund your money, including shipping costs, within 3 working days (excluding additional costs incurred if you chose a non-standard delivery method).

If you exercise this right, you must cover the return shipping costs or deliver the returned item(s) to padangos123.lt headquarters at Savanorių pr. 176F, Vilnius.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered under special orders (not from the online store’s assortment).
