Returning the goods

What to do to return/exchange purchased items:

Write an email to pagalba@padangos123.lt specifying:

  • Order number;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Address if you want us to arrange transportation (costs 10 EUR per order);
  • Bank account number for the refund;
  • Any other relevant information regarding the return/exchange at your discretion.

Once we receive the items, we will refund the money within a couple of days via bank transfer, regardless of the payment method chosen.

What you need to know:

Individuals can return items within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund or exchange them for other items. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to notify us within 14 days from the day you received the item ;)

The buyer is responsible for the logistics costs of returning the items. (Return via padangos123.lt transport costs 10 EUR per order / takes a couple of business days).

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and retain their original appearance (undamaged labels, unremoved protective films, etc.). Returned rims must be in their original packaging, which is designed to protect them from mechanical damage during transport and is considered part of the item’s packaging.

Replacement items are delivered according to the deadlines specified in the online store.

If there is a price difference when exchanging items, it is calculated based on the item prices valid in the online store at the time of the exchange.

Legal entities can contact us via email at pagalba@padangos123.lt. We will do our best to assist, but items may not be accepted/exchanged depending on the individual assessment of the situation.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not apply to items delivered under special orders - not from the online store’s assortment.
