However, there may be instances where seemingly identical tires are displayed at different prices due to stock levels, delivery times, or varying manufacturer codes. Do tires come with a warranty?

Do we sell tires individually?

Yes. You may purchase any quantity of tires or wheels. Occasionally, there may be supply issues due to low stock; however, our team will keep you informed and make every effort to resolve them.

What is the delivery or pick-up timeframe for the tires?

Delivery and pick-up timelines differ for different categories of items. Items marked with Express delivery can be received the next day or picked up in-store within a few hours (depending on the time of day). Please ensure you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

Is delivery by courier charged?

What is the process for making a purchase as an individual entrepreneur?

The most important step is to select the checkbox „Invoice required in the name of the company” at the payment stage and enter the required details. All other steps are exactly the same as when purchasing as an individual. Do not write the company name in place of the person picking up or the customer. Is it necessary to place an order online? Is it possible to come and purchase tires directly at the store?

Placing an order is not mandatory, but it is recommended. Orders can be made online, over the phone, or by email. You will receive a notification via SMS and email when your order is ready. 

Is registration required when making a purchase online?

No, you do not need to register.

When can I expect to receive the invoice?

As soon as the courier informs us that you've received your ordered items. Typically, the delivery occurs on the next business day after the items are shipped.

Is it possible to buy tires in installments?

Do we accept old tires for recycling?

Yes. We offer free collection of tyre waste in the same quantity and type for all our customers who’ve bought tires. You can drop off unusable tires at the padangos123.lt store at Savanorių pr. 176F, Vilnius. If you have a larger quantity, please contact us using the provided contacts.

Are all the tires available for purchase brand new?

Yes, all the tires available in our store are brand new.

What is the manufacturing date of the tires?

Per agreements with suppliers and manufacturers, all tires we sell are no older than two years. Sometimes, models that are no longer in production may occur, or older tires may inadvertently be mixed in due to human error. What does the XL marking mean?

XL stands for a reinforced tire. Each tire size has its own standard load index. If the load index of a specific tire is higher than the standard, that tire is marked with the letters XL (less frequently RF, EXL, or RFD). Reinforced tires can handle more weight and air pressure, offer resistance to mechanical damage, but are noisier, heavier, and less comfortable.

What does M+S marking mean?

M+S refers to tires with enhanced driving capability (Mud+Snow). This marking is often mistakenly considered as indicating all-season tires, as regulations allow their use in winter regardless of season. However, this legal loophole sometimes conflicts with manufacturers' recommendations. It is commonly found on winter tires, including studded ones, which road laws forbid to use in summer. All-season tires, suitable for use year-round, don't always have this marking. Notably, summer tyres marked like this aren't safe for cold weather driving. What do the EU markings on the tyre indicate (fuel efficiency, wet grip, noise levels)?

To promote the use of fuel-efficient, safe, and quiet tyres, the European Commission has mandated through a special regulation that manufacturers and sellers must display the key characteristics of tyres. Why do the EU markings differ on the same tyre model?

Popular models are often produced over a long period. If the requirements change during that period or if the manufacturer modifies the tire specifications, the markings may vary.

Do we offer tire mounting and storage services?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer these services.
